Room exceptionally small even for a single. Lights did not work nor did the tv. Stain on carpet looked like sick. Wash hand basin could barely hold a bar of soap never mind wash you self in It. 50 not worth 30
Received a warm and helpful welcome.A very good redevelopment of a 1960s building. Clean and comfortable rooms and a continental breakfast provided.Central location but in a quiet street.Excellent.
The worst hotel experience Ive ever had. The management never listened and fixed the problem that we faced. The toilet flush was not draining properly and they never fixed it. Luckily we had another room so we used that toilet. Secondly, they even dont trust their customers as one of their old woman was almost shouting at us when she had argument with us regarding sending an adult in childrens room. I personally gave her guarantee that an adult will sleep with children when we sleep but she was insisting that an adult must go now as she had to sleep. That means she didnt trust me. We were two families and children were playing games in a separate room and adults were chatting with each other in a nearby room while playing ludo & card games. The old woman was so rude that one of our children asked me why she was so loud. Finally, we had to ask our children to stop playing as the woman was not leaving the corridor. She spoiled our stay. Thats really a shame! Zero out of ten
