Twice in the last two months I have been in Specsavers Dingwall and I have been treated rudely, by the same person. The first time I asked if my husband would need a new eye test if his work was paying for safety glasses. I was told that he would, even though he had his eyes tested eleven months ago,and he would have to pay for it himself. I was told the reason was because the last test was done in the Specsavers in Inverness, not the shop in Dingwall. The second time I went in to get a copy of my prescription, and was told that since I had my eye test done at a different Specsavers, I needed to contact the shop that did the test. I phoned the Specsavers in Inverness and asked if they could mail me a copy of my prescription, since I recently moved house. She said no problem and took the new address. I was then informed that I could have gone into the Specsavers in Dingwall and they could get the prescription for me, it would require them to phone Specsavers in Inverness. I told her Dingwall said there was no way for them to access my prescription. The lady in Inverness apologised and said she would mail me the prescription right away. I cannot understand why Dingwall did not have the same information as Inverness about how to access my prescription from another Specsavers. The second incident took place 28/1/2018.

Always happy with the service here. Ive spoken to a few people who have said they dislike Specsavers in general. But this branch in Dingwall is great. Staff very friendly and chatty. Was highly recommend to me along time ago and I've never been disappointed.
All the staff here are great and they all do their job expertly! Customer service is friendly and cheerful and they're always able to help whether it's choosing a style of glasses or helping with serious eye issues ! Went as a family amd we were able to have all the appointments at the same time helping with travel ! For the check ups there was no issues and they don't put the fear in me (like the dentist ). Would highly reccomemd if you're looking for a new opticians !
