This is a sham, Karen and Steven are not to be trusted and this is a business that needs to be reported as criminal, take some advice and stay away from this store unless you like throwing money away.You've been warned.....
Thanks for nothing, no refunds are given although there promised, products we're so bad that they started to fall apart within the 1st week, all I got from the owners Karen Martin & Steven Lyall was "we will replace it or refund the money" and guess what happened? NOTHING but excuses, no refund, no replacement. My recommendation is to close this business asap. After doing some digging on the internet theirs a lot of things that just don't ad up, like companies house info registered address, accounting info and owners Steven Lyall.... ye right this is some kind of scam.
